About the Role LBAPS is seeking a highly driven, systems-oriented Automation & Integrations Engineer / Automation Specialist to design, build, and own our internal automation infrastructure. This role is critical to transforming manual workflows into reliable, scalable systems that reduce errors, increase efficiency, and support rapid organizational growth. This is a full-time, on-site role embedded within the Operations team. You will collaborate closely with marketing, sales, operations, and content teams to automate key workflows that directly support our mission. Key Responsibilities Design, build, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain automation workflows using platforms such as Zapier, Make.com (Integromat), n8n, Workato, Microsoft Power Automate, IFTTT, and custom scripting Develop bots (chatbots, outreach bots, internal workflow bots) for lead qualification, follow-ups, reminders, data entry, and internal notifications Automate content pipelines including blog publishing, content distribution, social media scheduling, RSS workflows, webhooks, and formatting Build outreach and CRM automation workflows including email sequences, triggered messaging, lead scoring, and pipeline updates Integrate telephony systems and APIs for call workflows, logging, and automation triggers Design data capture, normalization, syncing, and logging systems across CRMs, databases, and spreadsheets Implement monitoring, error handling, alerts, dashboards, and fallback logic Document workflows, dependencies, integrations, and data flows clearly and consistently Audit, refactor, and optimize existing automations for performance and scalability Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize automation opportunities Train non-technical staff on automation usage and best practices Required Qualifications Proven hands-on experience with automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, n8n, or similar tools Strong understanding of APIs, webhooks, HTTP requests, JSON, and data transformation Excellent troubleshooting, logical reasoning, and debugging skills Experience integrating multiple SaaS platforms (CRMs, email systems, databases, spreadsheets) Strong documentation and communication skills Ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions High attention to detail with strong ownership and accountability Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
